We have four steps in Quality Management System to ensure meet BIFMA quality standard, which is IQC, PPQC, IPQC, and OQC.

IQC  

Incoming Quality Check, must be conducted for any incoming material before it goes into mass production process.

PPQC

Pre-production quality Check, must be conducted by production manager, quality manager and sales people, after all approved, then it can go through mass production process. Meanwhile, we will send PPQC Report to customer. 

IPQC

In-Process Quality Check, must be conducted by quality management department and production department for each production process randomly to make sure the quality is as good as it is. IPQC report will be sent upon request.

OQC

Out going Quality Check, must be conducted by production manager, quality manager and sales person, after all approved, then it can go.
